These terms retain the current agreement structure around the service, evaluation access, subscription conditions, security expectations, use restrictions, confidentiality, and warranty limitations.
The service
Cosmium provides a cloud-based platform for AI voice workflows, including recording, transcription, analysis, sharing, and operational control tied to a subscription or evaluation period.
Account access may include permitted users, and customers remain responsible for activity under their accounts and credentials.
Evaluation and subscription
The service may be offered on an evaluation basis until the trial ends, a paid subscription begins, or Cosmium terminates the evaluation.
Subscription fees, taxes, renewals, and pricing adjustments are governed by the applicable order form and related commercial terms.
Data security and confidentiality
Cosmium maintains reasonable safeguards aligned with industry standards and processes customer content only as permitted by the agreement, privacy policy, customer instructions, or law.
Both parties must protect confidential information and limit access to people who need it for performance of the agreement.
Use restrictions and proprietary rights
Customers must use the service only for lawful business purposes, comply with third-party terms, and avoid abuse, resale, reverse engineering, or competitive benchmarking.
Cosmium retains rights to the platform and anonymous aggregated data, while customers retain rights to their own content.
Warranties and limitations
Cosmium uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Except where expressly stated, the service is provided subject to the warranty disclaimers and limitation framework retained in the current terms.
