Refund Policy

This page preserves the substance of the current refund policy, especially around non-refundable usage costs, limited refund eligibility, and the expected request process.
Non-refundable items
Telephony and AI usage costs, setup or onboarding fees, and partial unused subscription periods are generally non-refundable due to real-time provider costs and commercial terms.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered for defined SLA breaches, billing errors, or specific first-time guarantee offers where those were explicitly included in the commercial agreement.
- Service unavailability beyond agreed thresholds
- Technical billing errors such as duplicate charges
- Offer-specific first-time guarantees where applicable
Request and processing
Refund requests should be sent to support@cosmium.ai with invoice information and issue details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method subject to banking timelines.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact support before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account termination under retained policy terms.
